MONACO GRAND PRIX 2026 / PRIVATE EXPERIENCE PACKAGE
A Grand Prix. An entire Riviera. 14 guests.
A sample VIP experience package for a US wealth management company: exceptional racing, destination dining and a Cap-Ferrat retreat, considered as one journey.
This sample client brief brings together 14 VIP guests of a US wealth management company across 8 rooms. The experience package connects the complete Riviera stay: a helicopter arrival arrangement, Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, a private dinner in Èze, wine and Cognac tastings, lunch at Mirazur, Saturday hospitality and a Sunday yacht viewing party.
Sample itinerary inspired by the 2026 Monaco Grand Prix. This is an example of a tailored programme, rather than a completed client engagement.
SET THE SCENE
The Riviera, in motion.
Two short films for a sense of place and the mood of the water.
Monaco, from above.A different rhythm on the water.
01 / THURSDAY / ARRIVAL
A Riviera arrival. A different pace.
The itinerary begins at Nice Airport, with a helicopter arrival arrangement towards Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and a stay at Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel. 8 rooms provide the accommodation brief for 14 guests, with the final mix of doubles, singles and suites shaped around the rooming list.
The helicopter element is designed with the operator and landing site: approved landing location, permissions, passenger rotations, luggage and any final chauffeured leg. Direct landing at the hotel is not assumed. The afternoon leaves room to settle in before a shared evening.
02 / THURSDAY / THE FIRST EVENING
Èze, a private table, a taste of Bandol.
A private dinner in Èze introduces the group to another side of the Riviera. The brief pairs an intimate dining setting with a guided tasting of Château de Pibarnon wines: a conversation around the table rather than another formal appointment.
The proposed Pibarnon collaboration would be arranged and confirmed specifically for the group. This is a tasting in Èze, not a visit to the Bandol estate. Venue, wines, vintage selection, host and private-dining arrangements form part of the final proposal.

03 / FRIDAY / MENTON
Mirazur. Then a little time to savour.
Before the circuit-focused weekend, the proposed programme makes room for lunch at Mirazur in Menton. Give the meal its own place in the day, with private transfers and time afterwards rather than a race against the next reservation.
A private Cognac tasting is a separate element of the brief, with its host, selection and location to be agreed. It is not represented as a standard Mirazur service or a confirmed collaboration with a Cognac house. Dietary preferences, group seating and restaurant availability are established before booking.
A taste of the Riviera.
04 / SATURDAY / FIRST CIRCUIT DAY
The sound, the speed, the anticipation.
Saturday is the group’s first day at the Grand Prix, with hospitality viewing planned around qualifying-day atmosphere. It is an introduction to the intensity of Monaco before the race-day change of setting.
The hospitality proposal would name the venue, viewing position, sessions, seating and food-and-drinks inclusions. Saturday is the first circuit day of this guest itinerary, not the opening day of the Grand Prix. Pickups, credentials and the final walk are planned together.
05 / SUNDAY / THE RACE
Your own gathering. Monaco all around.
For Sunday, the centrepiece is a private yacht viewing party: 14 guests, Champagne and caviar, and a hosting format built around time together. The yacht becomes the social heart of the race day, with a dedicated arrival plan and a clear programme on board.
A meaningful yacht proposal must identify the vessel, berth, sightline, guest capacity, boarding method and service. A yacht in Monaco is not automatically a track-view yacht. Any tender, access restrictions, onboard viewing screens and return arrangements are specified before confirmation.
The art of hosting on board.
06 / MONDAY / DEPARTURE
A final breakfast. A considered farewell.
Monday is reserved for departure: time at the hotel, coordinated luggage handling and transfers aligned with the guests’ flights home. The programme ends with the same attention to transitions as it begins.
Flight schedules, airport check-in requirements and the preferred return transfer determine the departure plan. Guests with different onward journeys can have separate arrangements rather than a single departure for the entire party.
THE THREAD THROUGH THE WEEKEND
Six memorable moments. One considered plan.
Rooms, arrival rotations, dietary requirements, venue timings, hospitality credentials, yacht boarding and departure schedules belong in the same itinerary. Revolugo brings those elements into a tailored proposal for the group.
The details behind the occasion.
Can all 14 guests fly together?
The aircraft and authorised passenger load determine rotations. Luggage and the final hotel transfer are planned separately; no single-flight capacity is assumed.
Is this a fixed package?
Each experience package is tailored. Hotel room mix, restaurants, tasting hosts, viewing venues and yacht arrangements are confirmed individually in the proposal.
Why put Mirazur before Saturday?
A separate dining day protects time for the meal and the Menton journey, while keeping Saturday and Sunday focused on the Grand Prix.
Does yacht hospitality guarantee a race view?
No. The exact berth and sightline must be confirmed. The proposal should distinguish a track view, onboard screens and the wider harbour atmosphere.
